The second day was focused on addressing the main topic of the project: Career Management Skills (frameworks and models). Derby University intruduced the concept and some ideas for the design of the survey to be realized as the next step of the project.
Overally the meeting created very good expectations for the results that the project can reach during the later stages, with international survey for practitioners, focus group activities to collect esperiences and share good practices and later on with pilot actions to test the framework on career management skills.
